Odoo Marketplugin

Your marketplaces and your Odoo, without double entry

Connects Odoo to Mercado Libre, Amazon, Walmart, Shopify and eight more channels: orders arrive on their own, stock is published to all of them, and an automatic stopper pauses a channel before you sell what you no longer have.

How you get it

Every development works in all three Odoo environments. The only thing that changes is how we deliver it.

Nothing to install

Odoo Online (SaaS)

You do not need the ability to install modules. A Millora consultant comes in with temporary access that you authorize and implements it with Odoo Studio. When they are done, you revoke the access.

Install it today

Odoo.sh or your own server

You receive the module and the installation guide by email as soon as payment clears. Install it yourself, or we install it with you.

What it solves

The problem

Selling on marketplaces means running several systems at once. Every channel has its own panel, its own format and its own rhythm, and your Odoo sits in the middle.

The Mercado Libre order gets retyped by hand. Stock is updated channel by channel, always late. And between something selling on one channel and being deducted on the others, the expensive problem appears: you sell what you no longer have.

On a marketplace, overselling isn't a stock discrepancy. It's a cancellation, a penalty and a hit to seller reputation — the asset your position in the channel's search results depends on.

The product site carries the full list of connected channels, what each plan includes, current pricing and the sign-up that gets our team started on your onboarding.

How it works

The full cycle is six steps and none of them needs anyone to type:

  1. You connect your channel accounts to the integration engine.
  2. Orders arrive on their own into Odoo, from every marketplace.
  3. Odoo does its part: checks stock, creates the order, the picking and the invoice.
  4. Status goes back to the channel — confirmation, shipment or cancellation.
  5. Odoo publishes stock back out to every marketplace.
  6. The smart stopper pauses the channel before overselling happens.

Picking is Odoo's native flow, compatible with one, two or three steps: you don't have to change how your warehouse works. And the courier waybill downloads from the sale itself or its transfer, without opening the channel's panel.

The overselling stopper

This is the piece that justifies everything else. Instead of waiting for stock to hit zero and trusting the sync to keep up, the system automatically pauses the channel when stock reaches a critical level.

You stop selling a few hours early. The alternative is cancelling on a customer and having the marketplace charge you for it in visibility.

What you see of the business

Selling across channels obscures profitability: each one charges different commissions and shipping eats margins unevenly.

The connector breaks out commissions, costs and shipping expenses per sale, and the profitability report crosses them by channel, by product and by period. On top of that come sales and inventory logs, timestamped and traceable by channel and product, for when you need to reconstruct what happened to a specific order.

Who provides what

Millora implements, operates and supports with an auditable SLA, as an official Odoo Partner: configuration of the Drop, Full and Flex flows, and team training.

AutoAzur provides the integration engine: a Mexican platform with over eight years, 1,500 connected accounts across Latin America, more than a hundred million orders processed and three million tax stamps issued.

What it does not do

Inventory sync is scheduled, not instantaneous. It runs according to the licence you contract. That is exactly why the overselling stopper exists: the gap between one publish and the next is real, and it has to be covered with a pause, not with optimism.

Price sync is in beta. It works with per-channel rules, but it doesn't yet have the maturity of the rest.

And it is not a one-time purchase: it is contracted by plan, with a licence. How far the inventory and channel sync reaches depends on the plan you choose.

What changes

You stop running one system per channel and start running Odoo. Data entry disappears, the warehouse fulfils with the flow it already knows, and the question of how much you make on each marketplace stops being answered with a spreadsheet.

And overselling — which in this business is paid not in money but in position — stops depending on somebody watching.

What's included

  • Imports orders from twelve channels into Odoo: Mercado Libre, Amazon, Walmart, Liverpool, Coppel, Elektra, Sears, Claro Shop, Shein, TikTok Shop, Shopify and WooCommerce
  • Publishes Odoo's stock out to every connected channel
  • Automatically pauses a channel when stock reaches a critical level
  • Returns order status to the marketplace: confirmation, shipment or cancellation
  • Works with Odoo's native picking, in one, two or three-step flows
  • Downloads the courier waybill from the sale itself or its transfer
  • Breaks out commissions, costs and shipping expenses for every sale
  • Crosses profitability by channel, product and period in a dashboard
  • Keeps sales and inventory logs, timestamped and traceable by channel
  • Adds up stock across several warehouses into a single published figure
  • Syncs prices from Odoo with per-channel rules, in beta

Requirements

  • Active seller accounts on the channels you want to connect
  • On Odoo Online, a Custom licence: it is what allows implementation via Studio. On Odoo.sh and on-premise it installs as a module
  • A product catalogue matched to each channel's listings, which is what the sync depends on
  • Deciding the critical stock level at which each channel is paused
  • A contracted plan: how far the inventory and channel sync reaches depends on it
