Odoo for companies that sell to other businesses
Orders arrive over WhatsApp, over the phone and in spreadsheets, and somebody re-keys them. The catalogue, each customer price and their history are already in Odoo: what is missing is letting the customer use them.
The order already exists; what is spare is typing it twice
A distributor running on Odoo already holds everything their customer needs to know: what is in stock, what their price is, and what they ordered last time. None of it reaches them. It reaches them over the phone, in the voice of a rep who spends the day answering "do you have it?" and "what is my price?", and comes back as a message somebody else re-keys into the ERP. Two people busy moving a figure that was already written down.
Let the customer buy without asking
Their price with the discount applied, the stock and what has just landed, whenever suits them. Looking something up stops being a phone call.
Stop typing the order twice
What the distributor builds in the cart reaches Odoo written by them — the only person who cannot be wrong about what they meant to order.
See what to restock and what you are owed
Selling is half of it. The other half is knowing what to buy before you run out, what is in transit, what was asked for and you did not have, and what is still unpaid.
B2B Distributor Portal
Your wholesale customers order on their own, at their price, at any hour
It is the door that does not exist today: a private storefront under your brand where each distributor signs in and sees the catalogue at their price, with their stock. They build the order — or paste their list of codes — save it as a draft, repeat last time's, and check their invoices and balance. It does not install into Odoo: it connects, so it works alike on Online, on Odoo.sh and on-premise. And each section switches on or off depending on what you sell.
From restocking to collection
The route a distributor walks after selling. None depends on the portal or on the others: each is bought separately.
The three environments, here too
Modules and reports install on Odoo.sh or on your own server; if you are on Odoo Online a Millora consultant implements them with Studio, using temporary access you grant and revoke when it is done. The portal needs neither route: it lives outside the ERP, so it installs the same way in all three environments — which is to say, it does not install.
How many orders do you re-key every day?
