Selfie and GPS clock-in, with no time clock and nothing to install
Connects Odoo to Asist Pro: employees clock in from their phone's browser with a photo and location, and attendance flows into Odoo synced both ways. No hardware, no app and no fingerprint reader.
How you get it
Every development works in all three Odoo environments. The only thing that changes is how we deliver it.
Odoo Online (SaaS)
You do not need the ability to install modules. A Millora consultant comes in with temporary access that you authorize and implements it with Odoo Studio. When they are done, you revoke the access.
Odoo.sh or your own server
You receive the module and the installation guide by email as soon as payment clears. Install it yourself, or we install it with you.

The problem
A wall-mounted time clock costs money, breaks down, and only works where it is bolted. An attendance app has to be installed on every person's phone, kept updated, and argued about with whoever doesn't want it on their personal device. And a signed sheet proves nothing.
Behind all of that sits a more expensive problem: attendance lives in a system separate from Odoo. Every pay period somebody exports, reconciles and retypes it so payroll can be calculated — and every export is a chance for the numbers to stop matching.

Plans, the full feature detail and sign-up live there. The subscription is contracted directly on the site; this development is the connection to your Odoo.
How people clock in
No hardware, no apps, all in the browser. The employee opens it on a phone, a tablet or a computer, types their code, takes a selfie, and the system records their GPS location and the exact time.
There is nothing to install and nothing to buy. A phone with a browser is the time clock.
And so that location means something, allowed zones with a tolerance radius in metres are configured: outside that radius the entry doesn't go through. That is what separates "clocked in at 8:00" from "clocked in at 8:00 while on site".
Photos are compressed automatically and purged after sixty days. They serve as evidence while the period is live, and after that they stop piling up.
What it manages
Beyond clock-in, Asist Pro handles the control that usually lives in a spreadsheet:
- Work areas with their shifts and daily schedules, which is what makes lateness measurable.
- Meal break out and in, with automatic calculation of effective hours.
- Incidences: justified absences, holidays, sick leave and permissions.
- Reports: dashboard, attendance matrix, detailed audit trail and payroll export.
- Several companies and several locations in the same account.
The Odoo connection
This is where this development comes in. The connector syncs both ways: Odoo's employees reach Asist Pro, and attendance records come back into Odoo processed in batches.
That means no manual export, no intermediate file and no re-entry. Attendance lands where it has to be for payroll to use it.
Asist Pro works on its own without Odoo — the connection is what stops it being a separate system.
What it does not do
The photo is evidence, not biometrics. The system stores the selfie so somebody can review it; it does not compare faces or validate identity automatically. It removes impersonation because it leaves a trace, not because it recognises the face.
It needs a browser and a connection at the moment of clocking in. That is the flip side of installing nothing.
Photos are not kept beyond sixty days. If your evidence policy requires longer retention, that has to be solved separately.
And the service is paid by subscription, per employee per year, separately from this development. What is quoted here is implementing the connection to your Odoo.
What changes
The time clock disappears as equipment and as an expense, and with it the excuse that there is nowhere to clock in: people on site, on a route or at a customer's premises clock in exactly like those in the office.
And attendance stops being a parallel system somebody reconciles every pay period. It arrives in Odoo on its own, which is where payroll is calculated.

- Odoo with Employees and, if payroll is calculated there, the Payroll module
